New Car Park for the local community at Bramley Village Hall

Slatter Estates Surfaces successfully tendered and won a project to refurbish an existing parking area into a fully functional car parking facility for the village hall and the local community in Bramley.

The works consisted of full construction, drainage, surfacing and lining to provide safe and accessible parking for users of the hall, including a busy week day Nursery setting, evening classes and clubs and external hire for parties and events.

The new car park has improved access from the main road with a macadam surface entrance way and provides safe and level parking for pedestrians and vehicles for the village hall users.

Slatter Estates Surfaces had to ensure that the safety of the users and staff, including up to 50 nursery children and parents, was factored in to the project, and carried out works minimising disruption to the community and village hall users at all times.

The construction, drainage, surfacing and lining works have been carried out to a high standard, providing a durable and fit-for-purpose facility that will serve the community for many years to come.
